Chennai Super Kings rose to second place on the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 points table with a comprehensive 45-run win over Rajasthan Royals at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. MS Dhoni's side posted 188/9 after batting first and then restricted Rajasthan Royals to 143/9. Dhoni walked away with a win in his 200th game in charge for CSK.
