Zesty & Fresh: Easy Homemade Coriander Chutney Recipe

Step 1:

Take all the essential ingredients including 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, 1-2 green chilies, one garlic clove, half-inch ginger, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and salt.

Step 2:

Now take the coriander in a colander and rinse it properly so that all the dirt or dust washes away & then chop it for easy blending.

Step 3:

In a blender, add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, and ginger then add a little water for smooth consistency.

Step 4:

Then add lemon juice and salt for enhanced flavor and taste.

Step 5:

After adding everything again, blend it by adding a little more water till you get the fine consistency or consistency of your choice.

Step 6:

After grinding taste it a bit to check if the spices and lemon taste is as per requirement or not.

Step 7:

Now serve it with pakoras, chillas, or any other snack, or store it in an airtight container, for future use.
