Ingredients:

You need coconut flakes, honey or maple syrup, salt, and a little cinnamon for this crunchy snack

Step 1

Set your oven to 300°F (150°C) so the coconut chips toast evenly without burning.

Step 2

In a bowl, toss coconut flakes with honey, salt and cinnamon until evenly coated.

Step 3

Lay the coconut flakes in a single layer on a baking sheet for even toasting.

Step 4

Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until the chips turn golden and crispy.

Step 5

Allow the chips to cool on the tray; they will become crunchier as they cool.

Step 6
