Peel and chop the orange into small pieces after removing its seeds.
Peel, core (remove the seeds and tough center), and chop the apples.
Peel and chop the kiwi, peach, raw mango, and plum into small chunks.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, after the seeds crackle then add cardamom and cinnamon.
Add all the chopped fruits and 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook on low heat until apples soften.
Add sugar, ginger, and spices like Red chili powder and dried black raisin, then cook until it thickens.
Let it cool, then store in a glass jar in the fridge.
