Preheat your oven to 250°F.
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly.
Coat the slices with a little olive oil and salt by tossing them in a container.
Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about an hour and a half, flip them halfway through and rotate the tray for even cooking.
Check in every 10 minutes after the first hour to make sure that they don’t burn.
Once they are golden, take them out and let them sit for 10 minutes to crisp up, then serve away!
