Blend spinach with a little water to make a smooth paste.
Mix whole wheat flour, spinach paste, salt, and spices in a bowl. Then knead it into a soft dough.
Mix crumbled paneer with chopped onions, green chilies, and spices.
Make small dough balls, roll them into flat circles, and put the stuffing in the center. Seal the edges.
Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha, making sure the filling is spread evenly.
Heat a pan and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding ghee.
Serve hot with pickles and raita.
