Put your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
Add cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the chilled bowl.
Start mixing on low, then turn it up to medium-high.
Keep mixing until the cream gets much thicker and almost doubles in size.
For soft peaks, stop when it looks like melted ice cream and holds light swirls.
Add meringue powder and mix again.
Add sugar and flavor, then keep mixing.
Use your freshly made flavoured whipped cream or store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
