Panel discussion on fatwa issued against A.R. Rahman - Part II
A fatwa has been issued against renowned music composer and singer A.R. Rahman, by Mumbai's Muslim Raza Academy, after he composed music for Iranian film called 'Mohammed: Messenger of God'. The academy has stated that the film is an insult to Paigamber Mohammed and has thereby, dismissed Rahman from Islam.
